Pasarneka tutong is a treasure trove of bargain worthy handicrafts and local cuisine. A neighbourhood market, it opens from 6am to 12pm only on Thursdays and houses all kinds of products from different local vendors. From colourful hand-woven baskets to crispy cucur pisang (banana fritters), spend your morning eating and browsing your way through the market.
For those without access to a private car, we recommend using Dart (think of it as Brunei’s Uber or Grab) which is the most convenient option for traveling in Brunei. While it provides hassle-free booking and convenience, keep in mind that pricing may vary.
